Here is a reference pic I found laying around. You were correct about the officers emblem, I was looking at dress blues while reading your post (guess it is true you don't have to have brains to be a Marine). The link (hopefully I attached it correctly), has a second reference pic, which is an enlisted man in his blues. BTW as of the uniform, stick with the blues, much sharper than BDU's. Mark

Ohh my god, Thanks for the pic, it opens my eyes. I had finished the bump-map 20 minutes ago, and now as i see this image i recognized that i have applyed the colors on the emblem in the wrong way. I have maked the globe and eagle in gold but they must be silver. And what you think stays in my bookshelf, yes this visor-cap. It was late in the evening when i finished the texture, i think i was a little bit tired. Thanks a lot for the link. I suggest i make first the Blue-Dress (Parade-Uniform) and if it works a Mess-Dress. SHARKEY
