I've been waiting for this. I picked it up early this morning.

I picked these up last night and I must say these are outstanding, Your work just leaves me speachless. But on another note I cannot find the link for the boots, I bought M3 on the day he came out but do not see any link on my account page for the boots. Am I not looking in the right place.

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 11:33 AM

I don't think anyone has the boots link yet. I know that there was a really good reason why the webmaster may not have been able to get all of the promised items posted on time this week, so I am not worried. I know they are working on all that and it will happen soon.

Is it just me or is everyone missing the thumbnails in the PP version? They are there in the P4 version, however in the PP directory all that appears are those annoyin icons of the shruggin poser character.

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 3:51 PM

I'll check with DAZ, see if there is a problem with the install file.

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 3:54 PM

DAZ confirms that the thumbs should be there ("They work for me.") Try re-installing the package. If that doesn't work, Ill try to get the thumbs to you.

drdavis79 ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 4:03 PM

hmm, tried re-intalling, re-starting, still no luck. As i said they do appear under the p4 directory, but not under the PP one (I'm running p5)

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 4:13 PM

DO the .png files show up in the P4 directory, or just the .rsr? Try copying the .rsr files from the P4 into the PPro, see if P5 rebuilds them. They should be the same...

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 4:15 PM

I would be interested to know if anyone else is having this problem...

drdavis79 ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 4:57 PM

It's actually just the actual pz files in tha Pro directory, no pngs OR rsr's somehow. The copying worked (I just copied both the rsr and the png files across) Out of curiousity how are the two versions different?

Gorodin ( ) posted Thu, 18 September 2003 at 5:23 PM

The P4 versions refer to .bum files for the bump maps (because P4 is lame that way) and the PPro versions use .jpg for bump maps
