Those crazy wings I built are up in the FreeStuff. Thanks to Kuroyume0160 for setting me up with some webspace. I hope they are useful to someone out there. :) I have been wondering whether the basic technique might work well with capes, as a workaround for the circular IK restriction. A cape that is cut into a strip just does not have much poseability....

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
