I bought the above product and installed it into Poser 5. In my pose library, there are two sets of icons. One set for Poser 4 and the other set for Poser ProPack. If I look in the Poser 4 folder, I see icons. If I look in the Poser PP, I see the shrugging man. Anyone else have this problem? I installed it into the default Poser 5Runtime directory. At first I thought it was because I didn't have any Cr2s for this product in my Character library, but I just checked at DAZ and this product gets applied directly to Mike3.

I have exactly the same problem here also.

i have this problem as well with the Kyoji Character - the PP versions have no thumbnail.

I don't have the products but I assume the PNGs are saved wrong. They should be saved as Layer in PS and not as background. Just let P5 convert the RSR thumbs in the P4 folder to PNGs and copy them to the PP folder, that solves the problem.

Figured out why there aren't any icons for the PP version. There aren't any png or rsr files in the PP folder. I checked the names in the Poser 4 and they matched what was in the PP folder, so I COPIED the png files over to the PP folder. Now I have icons.

Hello all. I have heard from others that have the same problem. This appears to only affect P5 users for some reason, or at least I have yet to hear from Pro Pack users on this. MeInOhio is absolutely right -- copying the thumbnails over from the P4 directory will fix this. Cheers, -G
