Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 03 12:46 am)
Many poses can be used across critters with a bit of tweaking. (Putting a dog pose on a man usually doesn't work, however, 4-leggers seem to do ok.) Why don't you check the various people who have made good horse poses. Bloodsong has her heavy horse, Daio has done a lot of real-life work with dressage horses. Doesn't Alla also have horse poses? You probably won't find something quite as specific as you have in mind, but even a half-rearing horse can be tweaked into a startled position. Carolly
Thanks guys, I'll look into the poses by the afore mentioned and the DAZ charger.........money is tight so I'll see what I can come up with...oh, btw the way I did a search for westren clothing, and all I found was stuff for gunslingers, and not much of that, any cowpoke, grungy everyday, working man's clothing out there (bandanas, chaps, vests, boots, shirts etc)? And women's clothing for the era (1825-1900's [there's a market niche, the 'wild west']).... Thanks again, Zhann PS, can't have my stagecoach driver wearin' a polo shirt and slacks...;P

Greylight has a western bolo-styled tie on his site as well as other cowboy-type stuff. Cal has a bunch of turn-of-the-century props which could be handy. (For example, if your stagecoach is pulling up to a general store, having a couple codgers playing checkers on a barrel and a few items leaning against the shop front will add depth to the image.) Serge Marck had the most really excellent woman's Victorian-era clothing, but I think you have to get them from a CD at Gloria's site now unless you downloaded them earlier from his old site. There are other Victorian clothes, but he offered a choice. A stage coach probably has trunks and maybe a locked cash box lashed on top. A covered parrot-cage would be a nice touch. ;^) Carolly

I access the web via this frippin-frappin WIN98 box. When I pop back and forth between sites, or even scroll down my bookmark list, it is extremely prone to crashing, so I seldom do a batch of urls. So here is the link to Cal's site. Check out the CDs for bunches and bunches of stuff. This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience.
