In the current issue of DIGIT magazine (issue 66) there is a free version of Carrara 1.1 and an offer to upgrade to to Carrara 2 for 99. There's a copy of the Carrara 2 demo on a second CD but I can't get a valid serial number to try it out as there's no longer a link on the Eovia site. Well, not one I can find. :S I've emailed Eovia in the hope of getting a serial number and I'll probably hear from them in a day or so. If not could anyone point me in the right direction? A link to somewhere on the Eovia site perhaps? It seems strange to offer an upgrade and provide a copy of a demo and not to be able to get a serial number for it. Thanks. swishy :)

Have you tried talking to the digit folks.They could probably point you in the right direction. Carrara 2 is much more stable then Carrara 1.1 was . Carrara 3 looks to be good too. Mike

I've checked the Digit website and there are messages about this in their forum. Apparantly serial numbers are not being issued for the C2 demo any more due to the release of C3. They suggest trying out the C3 demo instead. Yes, it made as much sense to me. LOL I've seen wonderful work produced in C2 but I'd really need to try it out for myself to be sure that I was making an informed decision. No reply from Eovia yet but I think I'll try ringing their UK number tomorrow. Thanks for replying, mmoir. :)
