Subject: 3rd try, file still corrupt

Hi, well after 3 days of resetting the download for me I still get a corrupt file! I have no idea what to do next. I have downloaded files from Daz and others and they all work fine. What should I do?? Thank you!

Hi vampdog, Is it safe to assume its the LQ Michael 3 Body MOR INJ product? If so I Dl'ed it and it tested fine. Very small file .37mb in size. Please provide me with you system specifics. Type of Internet connection OS and version Browser and version Thanks, Clint

Hi Clint, I'm using Internet Explorer 6 (the newest one) on a Windows XP Pentium 4 computer. The connection is DSL. As you can see by my past purchases, I've bought alot from this site and never really had any problem. Up till this last download, the files always DL as a zip, now I have to rename it from an .ez file. I have done that in the past, when I first bought here and always worked fine. I don't get it?? Even today, after you reset it again, it's still coming up as invalid or corrupt!

Any firewalls, Download accelerators or Download managers in the mix? Clint

I don't think I have any firewalls, my system does use a download manager but I can't see anything there that would limit what I download. I do have a Norton Anti virus running, again, it doesn't seem to affect anything else I download.

The download manager should be disabled when Dl'ing products from the MarketPlace. I have reset your downloads. Clint

I still didn't get it to DL right on this system, but I did use my roomates computer and it came through fine! I have the newest version of MSN (which uses Internet Explorer) and something with that is not set right. I will look into changing that so I don't have to bother you again!! Thanks for all your time!

No problem. Dont use MSN. Bring up IE without MSN and it will work. Clint
