At first it worked just fine, now when I go to load a model, it will load up like its going to work, the numbers will come up and once I click okay I get"UVMapper Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.". this happens every time. I tried to email steve but I never got an answer back. can anyone help me please? thanks Essie

Is it Pro or the free one? If it is the free one, just uninstall and install a new one again. Sharen

Steve has had a house fire and probably is having trouble answering.

How are you loading the model? By opening UVMapper and choosing Open or by double-clicking an obj you've associated with UVMapper? (In other words, does it have a UVMapper-icon?) The latter will give you the error in both Classic and Pro. Last I heard, Steve was investigating WHY it happened. SOMETIMES I get the error by drag-and-dropping the obj onto an open UVMapper too, but usually that works.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.

I get this error if I drag-and drop an OBJ onto the UVmapper desktop icon, but not if I drop it onto an already open UVmapper or go through the File menu. Try File > Open if you haven't already...
