Building models of the Alamo (then and now) for an infographic to run in the San Antonio Express-News. It will run sometime in December to coincide with the release of the movie. This is a render of the front left alcove so far. The statue of Mary is a 3DS model I pulled from a CD as a placeholder. Everything else was modelled in Carrara 3. Textures and more details to come.

Very nice indeed. Let us know when the project is released. By the way, there was a simple model of the Alamo on the RDS content CD. First time I visited the Alamo (1971) there was this terrible Alamo Hotel in the backround. Hope Not to see it in your final renders!
