Hi. Nothing impressive here, just a first render of a WIP based on one of my fave comic book characters. Ignoring the scenery for a bit, is anyone aware of a trenchcoat that would work for M3 for this character? Something more like the coat from the V3 Male pack than the Michael 2 trenchcoat.

why dont ya just use the coat from the v3m pack? minor tweaks and such and it should fit m3.

btw nice gambit boots are a little off though. I would use the Moto boots for this.

The draping trench coat for Don by PhilC (freestuff) will work if you have Poser 5. It is really nice.

The Daz Morphing Trenchcoat for M2 is a pretty good fit.

From what I hear, someone with DAZ is already working on one. :)

Thanks for the replies. Neo10, I don't actually own either the V3 coat or the M2 Trenchcoat, so I wasn't certain how easily either of them would fit on M3. I had a terrible time trying to get the M2 Ninja outfit hood to fit M3's head. I was able to transfer the outfit to an M3 morph in the Tailor just fine, but the moment I got it in a pose, it would bunch up at the neck and strech in the face. Fortunately a new M3 ninja outfit popped up here on Renderosity just as I was screaming in frustration, with the result above. In the end, I was sure that the M2 trenchcoat wouldn't give me as much trouble, as it was only the head and neck that caused problems with the ninja suit. But I kind of liked the look of the V3 one better, but have no idea how much trouble putting the V3 trenchcoat on M3 would be.

Oh, and yes I agree that the boots are a bit off. They just seemed the best fit from what I had on hand already. I'm not familiar with the Moto boots that were mentioned, and didn't see them with a quick search on the marketplace. Are they here or somewhere else? Thanks.

This is a WIP of my V3M outfit (just the coat so far) fitted to M3.

Now that will work perfectly :)

That's a stunning Gambit! But... he's not wearing pink... er... magenta. Yeah. That's it. Manly magenta. ;) Seriously, great WIP. Stormy

lol. Well, it started with a modification of the archer suit in a lighter shade of pink, but I didn't really like the end result. This was a compromise. Who knows, I may switch it back. Lots of changes yet to make. I'm still trying to figure out how to modify that face mask so that it is more square cut under the eyes and over the cheeks... and the eyes still need work. If I recall correctly he has black eyewhites, but when I try that the red pupils get completely lost. I'll figure it out eventually. I've been wanting to try this for a while, but kept wondering how I would pull it off. Then when M3 came out, lots of stuff came out with him that with tweaks here and there were just too good to miss.
