Subject: installing Mover NO WORKY....

Hi Folks!
So finally I got the Vue4 and Mover bundle, had to tell the girlfriend a little white lie so i could rush home to get going... (some priority, huh?)
Vue installed just fine, pushed the Mover cd in and clicked "install" button, "enter serial" , did that...
"YOU HAVE ENTERED INVALID SERIAL NUMBER"...
????? What the.....
Tried several times, (and I DO mean several times) to type the number, but no worky...
The paradox is, to get hold af a technician, you have to type a valid serial number but if the serial number you have on the box is invalid..... Catch 22 or what..?

So I typed in my Vue serial instead... Lucky for me one of them worked...

Anyway. Has anyone experienced this problem...?

I spoke with Steve Bell regarding Mover 4 and Vue, he said that there may be some issues with them, something about wrong serial numbers, so yes, it has happened. If you see any more problems you may want to contact him. Sharen

Hi everyone! Got home yesterday and tried the serial once again (like it would work better after a day or two... me stupid..) Anyway, taking a real close and good look with a magnifier I saw that there was something wrong with the last letter in the serial. At first glance it looked like an "L" but it looked a bit strange. So I started to type in other letters insted and HEUREKA after a couple of letters I finally typed in "U" and it...fanfare!!! worked!! The "L" was actually a very nicely cutoff "U"... Sometimes life really play tricks with you! Or should I say: "Vue works in mysterious ways..." take care husse G.
