thanks Nancy, i was just coming here to ask the same thing... seems there's quite a few of us not getting them or when they do come in they're a couple hours old... hmmm

Ebots were down for several hours, then I started getting them...but they are unreadable. When I try to open them, they are blank. Please, Rosity, send messages in plain text. Too much can go wrong when you try to get fancy.

The weekly newsletter went out yesterday. Because it goes to so many people it tends to backup the email server and ebots get behind in the queue anywhere from 15-45 minutes sometimes. All the ebots seem to be working well this morning on my end. Let me know if you are certain that you are still not getting any of them. randym77 - all of the ebots are in plain text. It's the HTML newsletter that backs things up. Tommy

If they are in plain text, I don't know what the problem is. I get my Rosity mail via AOL 9. Ever since the yesterday's down time, when I try to open the ebot messages, all I get is a blank screen. They were fine before. And I can read the newsletter just fine. It's only the ebots that are unreadable.

Come to find out - we did have quite a long lag in ebot deliveries and are still having some lag in them. Should be all caught up shortly. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks. Tommy
