I decided to give Judy another try - surely she can look human if I really concentrate. Here is the next experiment - the face seems a little more humanoid. Excuse the 'artistic' presentation :) I decided to try something a little different! Any comments appreciate - please be a little gentle coz I am a bit of a wuss!

she definately looks human. Like I've said before she's good for making women with character. not so much for "cute" girls. If you have the patience of gettin her eyes to look natural. (Judy's biggest prob IMO)Your character has overcome this problem. IMO, Judy is a good compliment to vickie. you use vickie to make most characters, but if you need a less hollywood ideal type character you use Judy. (Not that Vicky can't make all types of characters, it's just it's easier to get an Un-vicky type out of Judy. :D)

Hi Elgyfu and Berserga, I too have been playing with Judy for a few days, trying to get her to look more "pretty" and "girly" and I think this image (link) proves that she can indeed be a "Cute Girl". I think that I did a not too bad job with her.

No, engel, I'd say that's an excelent job! If you don't mind my asking, how did you do it? ~DM

That is lovely. she is pretty, but somehow still has the "judy look". I think a different texture might make a world of difference. After I get my computer squared away in a few days I think I'll break out Judy and have another crack at her. :D

CrystalDragon - From what I recall - I went into the face room and played with the dials!!! ;-) I clicked on Random Face a few times, until I got a shape that was not too bad, then using the face shaping tool I set it to Judy 0.50000, Gender (obviously) Female, Age Younger and just kept twisting till I got a look more less that I wanted, Ethnicity - More European, and then just twiddled around with the nose, ears, jaw etc, to be honest I did not think she looked that good, but after adding skin and hair I was surprised how good she did look. I am playing with her eyes now and trying to perfect a more natural looking eye, in different colours. Berserga, I look forward to seeing your "un-judy'ed Judy".

Berserga - taking on board your comment about the different texture, and playing with the eyes, hows this???

BTW I should have said that the texture is Angelmoons "Luna".

not bad. strangely though from that angle she looks even more like Judy to me... odd. I guess it's like the folks who say all M3 and V2 charas look alike. lol
