Didn't know what else to call it. Bryce Lattices made from a "twirl" in Photoshop. Left Lattice had an extra rough texture added to it via it's grayscale map in Photoshop. Showing 3 stages of completion of an organic looking wood piece. Turned out sort of abstract. AS

They look sorta metallic to me... Lattices are very interesting to work with, I just finished 357 lattices I was working on, 2.35GB all total, yup I think I got lattices down now....;P

When you say "lattice" I always am kind of curious about, really what is a lattice.Shown circled in the image..is this the only lattice. I am trying to imagine how you made the arm on the wood.Erode perhaps?

I can only guess, but the arm looks like a paler part on a darker background in a pic, just like the one above. Yes, it's the only lattice. Basically, it's a symmetrical terrain.
