Hmm, we're a week into October... I was hoping to see the challenge and be able to get started. Darn. How long do you usually wait if someone doesn't post the challenge before issuing a new one? Mike

I normally give them a week... today is a week.. So if I don't hear from Sigma by the end of the day, we'll start into Octobers challenge.

Apologies to everyone! I've been away on vacation and just got back. Didn't even know I won until now. Thanks, again, and RimRunner, I'm all for you assigning the new challenge. Sorry I screwed things up.

No need for apologies, except perhaps from me. Since we dont do prizes for the challenges, setting up the next one IS the prize. But then with the fast pace in here, I know its sometimes hard to hold off until someone signs in again, and this is the closing of the vacation season. Hope the new challenge is along the lines of what you would have established. Anyway, welcome back from vacation and congratulations on winning again. :) Hope the next win for you will go smother. ;)

Here is a suggestion that might help. Maybe Sigma Dog could choose the challenge for November, and thereafter each winner could choose a challenge for the second month away. That way the time pressure would not be so bad. Just my $.02 Tres

I will toss my vote in for that idea! Seems people are usually playing catch-up for the challenges.
