Attached Link: Read instructions on where to go to get robot

file_80520.jpg

Highly detailed robot in .3ds format, compressed into a .rar (you will need [**WinRar**](http://www.rarsoft.com) to open it, Mac users can use [**MacRar**](http://macrar.free.fr/))

Perfect detailing with 245 parts, .rar file is 4.3Mb, decommpresses into a 13.7Mb .3ds file, so it's big. But, even at that size, it imported quick (30 seconds), and the smoothing ( I smoothed at 46 degrees), took only 2 minutes for all 245 parts. The final download page actually states that Bryce users to smooth up to 180 degrees. Model equals 537,958 polys.

*My PC = 1.5ghz AMD Atlon XP, 512Mb sdram.

Download instructions!;

Model is from devianART.com - Take the link, go to "Transportation", and scroll down to the robot (Note-the car model you will see is also in 3ds format, I think everything else is in native Maya formats)

Click on the robot, and the devaintART page will load into the frame. Look for the downward pointing ARROW icon right beside the magnifying glass icon, the arrow is what you click to start the download.

Oh, just FYI; I tripped over this robot link at a high-end gallery I sometimes visit; www.zoorender.com Nice 3D eye candy there, the site doesn't seem to be updated quite often, though. I think they even have some animations, textures, and etc there. AS
