How can i make Reflections of a Person in a Mirror, with Poser5 raytraycing ? Thanks

can i ask a q? how can i get reflections on floors, i dont use p5 just p4pp, and was woundering if there is a tut on it, but the one i have seen uses the trick of two modles to give an illusion of reflections, coz i have seen in a lot of images (which i know some where done in p5) have reflections on floors, this has been perplexing me for ages! are there and tuts for p4pp reflections or of such?
