Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to make a 3d model from a photograph? thanks --Essie

What modelling software? Without any specifics, all I can say is that the standard is to load a front view and a side view of the object and start from there. Some people will also load a top view or bottom view depending on the object. Depending on your program and your preferences, you might use splines or metaballs or box modelling.

I think Wings 3d had something similar, but might have been more of a tracer. Check it out, even if it doesn't do everything you want, it's a good place to start with 3d modelling.
