The solution I hear most about is to use a Maxtor G400 32MB Dual Head card. Be sure its a "DUAL HEAD" card. This one card has connectors for two monitors on it. The whole splitting of video is done primarily by the card. The one card solution by-passes conflict problems with two cards. As for using two cards of the same manufacture, I suggest scanning the manufacturer web site and contacting tech support. By the way, Maxtor card will be in excess of $150.00 US.
Thank you all for your great relies and I apologize for not thanking everyone earlier. I assumed I would be emailed when someone replied to my post and haven't checked this forum until now. Thanks darrin and I'm going to look up that website right after I leave here. Three immortal I wish I had known about Dell offering this option prior to my purchase as it would have been great to have them set the whole thing up. So instead I'll experiment on my own. Thanks

Just bought a Dell P3 800 with 128mb RDRAM and a GeForce 32mb video card. I want to be able to use two monitors and was wondering if anyone knew how I could setup the computer to handle dual monitors. I obviously need another video card, but do I have to buy the same one as what's already installed, and how does windows have to be setup to handle this? Thanks for any helpful replies.
