Here Renderosity today is incredibly slow, from "real slow" to "almost non-moving". Especially forums appear to be super slow. Is it only me (my Internet connection) or is it a Renderosity problem?

It's so slow I could cook dinner while waiting...but then it's really been slow for a very long time, server off line or no.

Over here also VERY slow till not accessable .... but it seems to be in a downgrading line? Since the past 2 weeks the Renderosity site has become slower every day.

I actually came to this forum to ask about this, but will just add to this existing thread instead. It was so bad yesterday (and is just as bad today) that it can take up to three minutes just for a post to open after I click on it. I have DSL and am not having any internet problems or experiencing site slowness anywhere else. Why does this just keep getting worse and worse? Is there something we're not being told? If so, an explanation would probably go a long way to set expectations and potentially alleviate frustrations.

Actually, I hate to say that, but today it's back to be slower than slow... :-( Maybe it's the ions thing... lol

I don't understand all this Computer stuff...but...I don't think anyone else does either...I have started to lighten the Load...I stopped *Posting*...so much Frustration...I have started "Deleting" My Gallery...that also is a frustrating task. I have stopped asking about the "Slowness"....I have heard more answers, than a Captain would give to fend off a Mutinous Crew. I have seen recent information on the Gallery Plus, and the US$5.00 set up Fee....and US$5.00 a Month....if One wishes to "Post" 3 a Day. I am a Learner Photographer...I "Posted" 3 per Day. The frustration at trying to *Post* 3 a Day....and comment on others Art, has been a time Consuming thing for Months. I read many suggestions in "Threads"....everything from..."Delete Crummy Art"...."Delete it if it don't get a Ranking" "Delete it after a Certain time"..... I see Artist bickering among themselves....I am not the only Person who is lightening the Gallery.....but....is this really going to help? I ain't Posted today...I ain't Poisoned the System with Bloo Gooo Moving Text....but...it gets slower....I felt I may have been to blame....yes...I did....I am telling You the Truth. All My ramblings may have caused this on Renders. Like here....how much Bandwidth have I stolen....and will anyone ever read this again...and, because I didn't "Post " today....I am going to put one here....I hope someone comes out soon.....and shows a bit of Leadership, and tell the Troops....just what is going on. Have the Aliens really taken over Renderosity? Have they Liccccccccccccked up all the Fun? Will I be Punished?
