try right clicking and save target as. this might do it.

Start/Control Panel/Folder Options/ File Types (tab at top)/click on ZIP/then Advanced button/make sure "Confirm open after download" is checked, then okay, and apply. That should take care of ya. Genevieve

I think it's really strange that this happened to Marque and I on the same day. I wonder if we downloaded something here that had a strange script in it? Anyway, what you suggested, nawtyangel, fixed the problem. Thank you.

It's one of these things that seems to sometimes just happen at random. I've had it too and it's highly annoying, more so if you can't remember the trick to fix it (as I couldn't last time) I don't think it's caused by a script. But on the other hand I don't know WHAT causes it either, so... who knows?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

You're probably right. Let's blame Microsoft. :-)

Genevieve, you are my hero!!! akura one of the problems with just right click and save is that if you have a button to download with you can't right-click, and renderosity free stuff is done with the buttons. Thanks for the quick suggestion though. I hate it when I have a senior moment and can't remember how to fix it...lol Marque

Strange thing though, this is like the fourth time in a couple of weeks that someone's asked that same question. Hmmmmm, all are part of the poser community...might be a bad file being downloaded from somewhere changing the settings... OR... OOOOHHHHH NNNNOOOOOOO!!!!... MIGHT BE.... insert evil laughter and strange twilight zone music here H-A-L-L-O-W-E-E-N!!! hehehe! Glad I could help ya ;) Genevieve
