Check your highlights. They need to be 100% black. Same with the ambient. If it's not 100% black, it will show kinda like a ghost.

Hiyo folks. I've encountered a situation. I'm working with a transmap on a piece of clothing, but when I render it there is still a bit of it visible. It's strange. It's white-ish when the color of the item is red. It seems almost like a problem with the transmap, but it wasn't. I made my own basic copy of it and the problem was still present. Do bump maps or the highlight or reflective color have anything do with it? It seems as if I can see the bumps even through the item is faintly visible. I'm not done with scene yet, but I can have a thumbnail to illustrate the problem. Note that in the image the red and white item has nothing to do with the transparent item. It is two separate things. Thank you in advance for any help or replies. I'm not sure if I can be more detailed, but I will be if I have not made my problem clear. Ciao!~
