But you can use the name ?

So I can make a character and call it Spiderman and sell it as long as it doesn't look like Spiderman ?

Not trying to bust your chops Doug, I was just telling you what I thought when I saw the name in another thread and then came here from the link that was provided and saw somthing different from what I expected.

I am very interested in your figure ! He does look fantastic ! He looks like a kick butt Enforcer !

actually yes, you could make a character called spiderman, but you'd have to be extremely careful not to be in any similar to the Marvel Property. After all, there are 2 Captain Marvels, 2 Captain Atoms, Numerous Thors, 2 Hercules already in comics... and more. Doug
