Can the mac version of bryce open bryce 4 projects that were created on a Windows based PC? Thanks.

Yes. You won't be able to double click them to get them to open. However, if you open Bryce 4 first and then open them they will work. .br4 is the main bryce file. .obp are object presets and must be imported into the library .mat is a material file and must be imported into the material library .bsk is a sky and must be imported into the sky library.

Thanks! I thought so, but for some reason, my friend could not open my project. Turns out that the file was corupt. It works fine now. Thanks again. Anyone know if this is the case with poser as well?

With Poser you have to use the mac convertor utility, you can get that in the Poser download section here.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!

Even with poser on the Mac, one can open PC files. The .rsr won't create the thumbnails but they can be rebuilt after importing into Poser (it just isn't as elegant as Bryce).
