In case you didn't know, the side links (drop downs) for all the forums are dead. Your server must have "puked up a big hairball" or something.....you've been down here for hours!

Been down here, too, since about 7pm CST. Speaking of fubar-y things, I can't seem to post any comments...I keep getting an error message that says 'picture not specified' or some such. Nice. :(

Am I the only one experiencing the gallery problems? Tried to get to a specific gallery, and kept getting the 'Whats New' {All}...when what I wanted was refridge art...

Dropdowns are broken, freestuff's broken, Don't know what else is broken (other than my tv cable service.. which suddenly cut out an hour ago...) Apparently everything (except the forums.. strange) that's using their .ez system is keeling over dead. Database server down, maybe?

Seems like the 'By Artist' link is broken in the gallery - I'm no longer suprised by such things - I'm suprised when something actually works :(

Forums are partly dead too. 1 post out of 10 gets thru, at least for me :o(

I have been getting SQL, too many connections and blank pages for virtually every link for almost a week now. Nothing would show up in the galleries except All and What's New. No communities, not even the forums until just now. My emails bounced back. I was begining to think RR must have gone out of business! Now a couple of things are working, but no faster than before. Frustration is an understatement!

If you try to go directly to a Merchant from the pull down menu, it gives you a list of just about everyone who isn't the merchant you're looking for. Some thing if you try to search for the merchant. .

Searching for specific galleries is still down at 9:15 central time. Haven't checked all galleries yet, but Im still being taken to the 'Whats New {All}' section.

9:40 CST everything is still the same everything is down apart from this forum. Does anyone know the forum ID for the Bryce or Poser forums since that apears the only way to access anywhere is to type in the specific URL. Catlin

Thanks for the help jumpstart, but after I wrote that last post I couldn't get in again. Everything seems to be much better at the moment though, I just hope it lasts. 8) And thanks AS for keeping us posted on what's happening, I think that was one of the things that was bugging me the most. Things were going AWOL and none of the staff seemed to be responding to folks questions, apart from you AS. That's why we all think the world of you, you know. 8) Catlin

Well, I am JUST getting back myself, actually. I had a handful of pages load for yesterday, just enough to tell people personally I wasn't able to get it... And, actually a lot of our staff haven't been able to acess the site normally or at all either. Slowly the gang is getting back in. I'm just fighting my way through e-mails, and e-bots on my way to the Bryce forum, lol. AS

BTW AS, DennisD tried to post his entry for the challenge today and was having problems. He wrote into 3DC about it and I feel he's feeling a little sad 'cos he thinks he'll have missed the deadline. Maybe you could sort it out with him once you've waded through all the day's debris. lol 8) Catlin

Some of the links are now working again ie: the search 'By Artist' in the gallery. Lets hope everything will get back to normal again :)

It's now 22:30 pm in the UK on 11th Nov. and things look normal again. So far everything has been opening pretty quickly and no SQL's or anything of that nature. Thank goodness this little trial appears to be over, back to normality. 8) Catlin
