Hey everybody I am new to poser, and i was wondering how i could make my own models like say bobba fett for example, ii just need a starting push and i can figure the rest out thanks

Hrrrrmmmm... create the base character in poser..... export the figure out as an obj, 3ds, etc... bring it into your 3d modeling programme... Rhino, 3DSMax etc... make the modifications.. import back into Poser... use the grouping tool to make the props... apply the props to the figure.. save the figure... Beyond that..... ) Cheers, Wizzard

ok i understand that but does anyone know how to convert the finished project into .x format?

Wizzard ( ) posted Fri, 11 August 2000 at 3:55 AM

You'd select the part(s) you want in another format.. then export... as opposed to saving... Each programme has a list of formats it supports... and this should be in the manual... CHeers, Wizzard

There are some examples in the manual. They are using RDS, but it works the same as most other apps.
