Does anyone know a contact name (or email address) for someone at E-on Software? I've lost my serial number and am having the hardest time trying to get help. In order to talk to a tech support person, you have to enter you serial number (which I don't have). I tried calling the ordering phone number, they took a message, but no one ever got back to me. WAAAHHHHH! I just want to reinstall my VUE! Thanks for any assistance!

What you can do: 1. You can go to e-onsoftware.com and write in the support pages. Don't forget to indicate your name and post adrress exactly as for the order. Also find your order number and write it down, as well as your e-mail address. 2. You can drop an IM here at Renderosity to Lynn He comes regulary and he will read it then. Guitta

Hi Lee, I forwarded your note onto Steve Bell -- he should be able to help you get your serial number (if you registered it!). Dont forget that your serial number usually appears on the inside cover of your manual. Best regards, Lynn Fredricks e-on software

Thanks Lynn, I've been so preoccupied in trying to find the CD cover, I forgot about the manual. (Which is in a box in the garage still packed from our move....in June) When I go home I'll check for the manual. Thanks!
