I just baught the "just an unbelievable body" pack and recieved the confermation email recept. But the download tap is not active. how long untill I can download the item?

Hi, Since this is your first credit card purchase you should have received an ebot RENDEROSITY FIRST TIME BUYER asking you to email store@renderosity with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. I didn't get the ebot. either that or a blew right past it. can i call u and give you the info?
