Subject: V3 textures

I been creating a custom body texture for V3 with PS7, using the seam guide. When I render the image in P5, the texture is very blocky. How is a clearer texture rendered? Thanks Flynn and Happy Thanksgiving

Can you post a screenshot? And have you rendered in production mode, or draft? If you're rendering in draft, try Production first, it may look quite different... the other thing is, how big is your texture template? If it's small (say smaller than 2000x2000) it can look pixellated.

That might be the error where you need to add a displacement map in poser 5 for the texture to work properly If you look at the link that faq will show you if that is the problem they show how to fix it too.

Karen, I'll try the production mode, I have been just using draft w/ shadows. My texture is 2500 x 3000. What's a good format? bmp jpg tga? I;ve never had any problems with jpgs. Working on a screenshot Xantor, I tried the link, I think it's down. Thanks very much for helping!!!

No problemo. Happens to me all the time. :)

That link goes to some very useful information. I'm glad you posted it. I was nearly late to work this morning because of it.
