Subject: Pinhead from Hellraiser texture???

I'm trying to come up with a texture that looks like the grid of pins on pale skin similar to Pinhead in Hellrasier. Has anyone ver had any luck with doing something like this in Carrara? Or does anyone know of something that might help me? Thanks, kaom

The only thing I can think of would be to use the spike deformer, or possibly work with Eric's Anything Grows. I don't have Carrara on this machine, so I can't try anything out.... Good luck!
