is the server at this forum getting S L O W! This is my favorite place to come to, but some day's it takes forever for pages to be served. I get soooo tired of waiting that I usually jump over to R'otica. Once there, everything speeds along quite nicely.

Me too (except I usually hang around) But it does seem to be slowing down recently. I'm relieved though. I thought it was my new computer! maclean

Well I waited about 30 seconds on T1 line for the reply page to come up to reply to your message so, yeah I'd say its slow for me too :) But sometimes its blazing fast so I guess it could be heavy traffic sometimes.

You could watch "x' surfers currently online' in the upper right, and compare that to your current performance. Ping or Traceroute is like putting your finger on the pulse of Internet.

Been slow for me too. Sometimes I log off and then log back on and it seems faster. butch

I have to guess that it is additional traffic. I remember logging in and seeing that there were "150 surfers currently online..." Nowadays, there almost always seems to be 300-350. At least this traffic isn't polluting the atmosphere.

Okay How about this. Does anybody else have to hit the link to the poser section more than once to get there? Example, I click the link and it reloads the home page, I hit it again and get a store graphic and a white page, I click it again and get the fourm. Anybody know why.

I noticed far too often and too many "waiting for reply" since few weeks! Regardless if accessing the Forum or Gallery and if 100 or 300 logged-in members!?! Hubert

Just went to R'otica and worked very fast even though it said 1812 users online in the upper right corner. I doubt if that number is correct today. Here at R'osity it reports 403 users on line.
