Subject: Not sure of order status

I just attempted to order the Renderosity Magazine collection. This is the first time I have ever tried to have something sent to me. All other orders have been downloads. The order page went to an error screen in stead of a message and I don't see the purchase listed on my purchase list. Does this mean I can be SURE that my credit card wasn't charged and try again?? Thanks, Rebecca

Hi, Your order did not work and your credit card was not charged. You will need to try and process the order again. What kind of error screen came up? Let me know if you have trouble when trying to purchase again. Thanks, Stacey Renderosity Store
