So, what do I do now??? Post it here I assume. May I also post it to my gallery?? In case anyone wonders why I chose the image I did, it's because we moved around a lot when I was a kid, and most of the time we lived in places that never saw even a hint of snow. If I wanted a "White Christmas", this was the only way to get it. I used to pretend that my snow globe was a magic crystal ball and that if I stared at it long enough and wished hard enough, it really would snow outside. Unfortunately, I grew out of the wishing makes it true phase.

Nice Image! Yes, Post it in the regular Gallery and it'll be a staple in your gallery for the Holiday Season 2003.

Thats the closest I've ever been to a white christmas too. The only white in our christmas's tended to be from heat haze (can get up into the low 40C's where I live at christmas).

ricky, I thought you were entering this into the monthly challenge? If that's the case and you haven't done so already, up under the Bryce forum logo above click "challenge upload". Looks really good, good luck with it.

I guess I'll have to wait until Agent Smith gets back. When I got to Challenge Upload it says the theme is Seven Arts and that no entries are being accepted. But, yes, I would like to enter it. I've never entered anything in a competition before.

Its perfect! I wish I could keep all our snow in a globe, LOL, we have about 6 inches on the ground right now. Our first snowfall this season was Oct 3rd, way too early for my taste. Beautifully done!

Bah Humbug! Good image though!

Great snowglobe! The render has improved a lot since your first WIP.

Nice one. You should change the dimensions and enter it into the Renderosity holiday card contest.

It is actually going to be the face for my holiday card this year (I always make my own ... typical anal retentive). Where do I find out about that contest??

Nice job, Rick. Very nice job on the globe and the textrues. Not sure about the contest. There was a posting on it a couple of weeks ago, if I remember correctly. You can always message Clay and ask him.

Great Idea and render.

Came out good. You got me inspired. I am now trying to make my own ideal house to put in a snow scene. In my case its a typically british double fronted georgian one. lol. Not nearly as pretty as yours.

Sumitted for the Card Contest. I always start my card render (or 2d artwork) around Turkey Day so that I can have them all printed out (and the dreaded annual letter written) and mailed in time for the holiday. (Oh, crap ... IMMU just hit 5.15 ... this stock was not a good idea today .... everybody concentrate on it hitting 5.31 so I can get the heck out of it.)
