I don't know if any of you recall the pic I showed a few months back of part of a power station being blown up (down), but on Sunday they brought down the four chimneys as the finale to the demolition work. Yes, I was there (along with half of the town, methinks). Yes, I got a view viewpoint - straight up the river. Yes, I made sure I had a spare battery (knowing what cold weather does to their lives) and plenty of space on my card. Yes, I got a coupla decent shots. But can I upload them? Can I hell, I've lost my USB lead for the camera. Checked at home AND at work, and it's being elusive..... sorta typical of me at the moment. Soon, people, soon - I promise..... (",) p.s. Hope some thieving little charva hasn't half-inched it...

Get a 6in1 memory card reader for $8. I have one and I like it better than connecting the camera to the PC all the time.

YAY!!! The lead turned up at work.... amazing what a little sexual harrasment does to people.... especially the guys ;) Aye, David, it was the 4 chimneys at Blyth Power Station that went down mate. I'm gonna have a shot with that prog Misha uses and throw them together on one pic. Probably be by the weekend, though. Another busy week and to add insult to injury the car MOT (annual road fitness test to you foreigners) is due tomorrow and I know it won't pass.... late night in the garage beckons...... (",)
