Hi all ... Last weekend I finished writing my tutorial (well - not really a tutorial) about posing. Around 160 pages are written, reread, written etc ... 11 MByte of reading stuff - together with some poses (as example). My biggest problem at the moment is: Well, I don't have a real host for it :o( . OK, I got some offers from 3D-friends but I don't want to harm them by ripping all of their bandwidth - the only possible choice I might have is to split this little book over various sites and to friend some friendly 3D-sites who want to host also the German tutorial. But if you do (and want to do) please set up a download-limit for it. However - just to keep you all informed: The German part is therefor (mostly) done. Now I focus on translating it to English - this should be done until X-Mas and I got already some offers from various sites for hosting it. Let's hope there will be also some room left for the German (and maybe later on French) tutorial. This tutorial was meant as a gift for the community - so I wanted it to be "free". Included you see the image of the front-cover (not that it means something - 'cause you should never buy a book by it's cover ;o) Ein Leebuch zum Thema 'Posing' = A reading book about the theme 'Posing' Happy posing "Schlabber"

I can offer you some webspace on my university account - I don't pay for transer there and it has a really good connection (GBit!). But since I plan to graduate soon, this will be available only for a few months.

I would contact Admin here and see if there is a way to allot space for it in the tutorials section.

Sell it as an e-book for 10 euros. There may be some sites that will host e-books for a percentage of the gross receipts. The going rate is 15-20 pages per euro retail.

I can't say for sure until checking with management, but I believe PlanIt3D.com can make some sort of hosting arrangement for you. Just because we all love your work so much. I'll pass this on to "Admin Extraordinaire" Fitzy

Schlabber I would suggest SubTigee hosts your German Version and PlanIT 3D hosts English this would seem a good split on bandwidth. Thank you for all your efforts in writing this tutorial
