Subject: Best way to use vegatation?

I have the Long Grass from E-on and I was wondering how exactly to use it? What are some of the more realistic ways of using it? Apply it to a terrian (can that be done)? Just load it and put it in various areas throughout the image? Is there a simple way to do that, such as applying it to a surface? Any suggestions you can offer is a plus - Thanks!

Long grass is to use as any other plant, tree, flower.

Electra. To use the grass just keep applying it over a terrain. Unfortunately you cannot define a section of terrain or ground and have it automaticly surace the area. You can also use the scatter tool or just copy batches of grass.

thorntoa - Okay, I will give that a try. Guitta - another good reason to use layers is to keep track of all the items on the terrain? :-)
