Subject: Buying with paypal...

I'm back again... I'm trying to buy Vue 4 pro online but when it comes to paypal it seems to try and transfer 505.9, and so paypal doesn't recognise it and it cancels my order. Anyone know an email address or anything that I can contact to get this sorted so that I can get this program?? Thank you everyone.

Rich, your probem is not clear. I have been to e-on's site as a potential buyer. I checked Great Britain and got 419 as a price. Then I saw the possibilities for shipment:

Standard shipment
and FedEx

No paypal!!

Why didn't you use the given payment possibilities? Guitta

if you keep going through the transaction, when you get to the make payment part and click on paypal, it redirects you to paypal but comes up with an incorrect amount (505.9) and the sends you back to e-on with an order cancelled message.

And the endprice with shipping will then be 505.91 Where is the problem???

The problem is, e-on doesn't send to paypal as 505.91, it sends as 505.9, which is an invalid amount and so is not accepted. It is impossible to change this and so is cancelled before I go any further. I will get a screen print and post it

ordered last night, so just waiting for the confirmation. It seems slow, but I'll cope ^_^
