Can Anuone help/give advice on how to use the lights effectively? i've been rendering for some quite time now. with the help of a fellow renderosity member I have started tweaking the materials section but i still lack the lights and some of its basic know how to completely render without any postwork needed.

ooops sorry. forgot to mention. I was referring to poser 5? forgot this site was the site of all sites. so any tips? anyone?
