Subject: I need an infant

Well not a real one anyway, they can be awfully stinky. :) I am actually looking for an infant that is not from DAZ. The DAZ infant looks like a hoodlum to me for some reason. Does not have to be free, don't mind buying one just so long as it is cute. :) I have looked here, RDNA and Renderotica ( ya never know ) but could not find one. Thanks, BabaLouie

The only two I know of are the infant that comes with Poser and the MilBaby. Good luck, though.

DAZ's baby looks like a hoodlum, and the Poser baby looks possessed. :-) However, there are various character packages out there that change the look of the brats quite a bit. See the link for an example. I think your best best is to buy the DAZ baby, then look for a character pack (morphs and textures) that will give you the look you want.

FyreSpiryt -- Yes, thost are the only two I could find also, I guess babies are not much in demand. :) Randymm77 -- That is a good idea, should of thought of that one myself :) - I have not seen the Jimmy package, must have missed it, I will check it out. thanks to all BabaLouie

Here's another suggestion for you - Zeta Studios. Steffy does extremely high-res, photorealistic textures, including one for the DAZ baby. Some people consider these the best Poser textures available, others find them too detailed. But take a look. If a photorealistic baby is what you want, this might be for you.

really randy? I've been on her site before and I've never seen a baby texture. I am looking for a very realistic texture for a baby myself. Actually i was trying to make one since I couldn't find one. --Essie

Anthony Appleyard made a fetus that might be useful. Check the freestuff. Here's a link.

Yes, she's got a baby texture. I have to say, I find her site rather confusing to navigate. But page through her store until you get to "Breath Gen Kids." Click on it, then click on the thumbnail of the baby. If you click on "Breath Gen Kids" on the sidebar menu, you don't get as much info. At least, not that I can tell. Like I said, I find the site navigation extremely confusing.

I don't know if it can help, but I have mon petit ange in my store.it is a cherub, but I think you can use him as an infant... Here is the URL: http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=15358

Oh, wow. I never saw that cherub package before. They were asking for one over at DAZ last month, when all the angelic offerings came out.

I need to slow down and start thinking again, somehow I missed the package that neftis has and completely forgot about Zeta Studios, which the last time I was on was sort of confusing for my addled mind. :) Thanks to all for great suggestions. BabaLouie
