Subject: Poser render problem

A friend has just installed Poser 5 with the SR-2 update with no extra runtimes, just a basic load. When she renders Don or any character it come out black. Is there a setting that has changed or she changed that causes this? Also what are the P5 version # under Poser help with SR-2 installed ? I cant help her, I still have P4. If there is a place in the manual plz let me know for her. Thanks in advance

I seem to recall some people having that problem before. I think a later update corrected it. Her scene is lit, I assume? Is there some reason she doesn't want to use SR-3?

Sorry it was SR-3 not 2, and scene is lit
