You could also read the answer I gave you in your previous thread a few hours ago. http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=12356&Form.ShowMessage=1564301&Reply=1565144#8 Or read the manual, Chapter 49, "Rendering Animations".

Just a small note, but since Freak is a 3th Party model made by Daz3D it has nothing to do with Curious Labs.

Curious_Labs ( ) posted Fri, 12 December 2003 at 2:48 PM

Hi PhilC, I'd have to agree with Axe Gijin. Maybe Daz can offer you some help if stewer's suggestion didn't already resolve. Kind regards, Katherine

Actually, I don't agree. This has nothing to do with DAZ or The Freak, but with how the Document Window and rendering window size effect the output (as PhilC pointed out, literally). The only way to guarantee that render or animation frames match what the "camera" sees in the Document Window is to set them to the same aspect ratio - size doesn't matter - for once! ;)

Yeah but ensuring the aspects match is the users resposibility, not CL's or Daz's, they are not at his machine telling him how to work it.

Hi again, First, I must apologize - my first post was meant for Artist3D, but the signature on PhilC is so visable that my eyes typed for me. Sorry. Artist3D, if you are still having problems, if you would - please contact our technical support at CL. We should be able to try and work you through this if still needed. Kind regards, Katherine

kuroyume0161 ( ) posted Fri, 12 December 2003 at 10:11 PM

Definitely, odeathoflife. This is something that can be handled here at Renderosity, for those that don't realize that "aspect" of the problem. No real need to bring in DAZ or CL. ;)

I tried that Katherine in an email, but got no response. That is why I came here.I always email the party involved if I have a question or problem first. But since I received no response I thought maybe someone here could help. Thanks for the offer though. And stewer,I did try what you said "You could also read the answer I gave you in your previous thread a few hours ago"I am sure you didn't mean that in a wise way of course. And believe it or not I have read my Poser 5 Manual. Not the best or smartest Poser Artist here, but certainly not the dumbest. Thanks PhilC I tried what you suggested a few times, and it still was buggy. Then all of a sudden it started working, and I have no idea why.LOL.Thanks for the suggestions folks,I appreciate it. :)

stewer ( ) posted Sat, 13 December 2003 at 7:27 AM

Artist3D, I just wasn't sure wether or not you read my previous post, tried my tip and if it worked or not - I would have appreciated a little feedback in that thread. I don't expect you kissing my feet for it, but since I took the time to make the screenshot, open Photoshop, add the text, circles and arrows and post the image, a simple "yes, it works now" or a "sorry, problem still exists" would have been a nice move IMO. Anyway, glad to hear it works for you now.

"You could also read the answer I gave you in your previous thread a few hours ago",ya know stewer, now I think you were being a bit sarcastic(the above statement and the old,"read the manual"bit).Like your post SAID it was ONLY a few hours before.I don't live on my PC,and I was in a day or so going to thank you...Ah,what do you know...I DID,the VERY NEXT day.You posted on the 12th,I thanked everyone on the 13th.Like I said,it didn't work, thanks, but I don't understand your getting all upset here.I really don't.

stewer ( ) posted Sat, 13 December 2003 at 4:41 PM

Ah no, I'm not upset - sorry if I came across to harsh. I was just thought you first read the answers to your older thread before starting a new one.
