I may need to go to b&w just to balance out all the color of these shots. :) She was all colorful and sparkly. -=>Donald

Only 180 more shots to go through. This next group is gonna be weird. From these brightly colored dresses to a group from Honduras. They wore black shirts with black and white striped wrap skirts. -=>Donald

Wow, that is some costume! Have loved this colourful series. Stunning work, looking forward to the next group.

180...more? [Not complaining.] I cannot remember ever seeing colors this brilliant using film, and still look so well balanced and natural. Was this primarily stage lighting? Or one of those perfect clouded over Seattle tent-lighting days? Amazing series.

Yea ...was 180. Went through them and got that down to 96 which will "probably" drop to about 65-70 when I'm done - so around 160 total shots used from this event. Yow. :) The Digic processor is fantastic at maintaining skintones while allowing you to pull vivid color color out. There wasn't any stage lighting. High blue sky, almost no clouds, brutal sun (these were shot between Noon and 3pm). There was a tent over the performers, but big white banners to stage left and right plus the wall to the back. A little tricky dialing this in. I was really happy with how the 10D's meter didn't go bonkers. -=>Donald
