Yes they have a bottom and it is about thirty feet (maybe 25') below. I know this pic really doesn't depict it too well, but some repelling would have to have been done in order to get the foreground in the pic I posted today! ;) Where the white arrow is, is about where I was standing when I shot today's post! (they have recently added fill in the past week or so, and it looks more like a slope now. I think they are afraid that the roadway that runs next to it will fall into the river with some heavy rain!) By the way? Just behind that white arrow, (you can't see it) is US #1. US #1 runs the entirety of the east coast of the US, starting in Maine and ending in Key West Florida!
