Hi Tricia, If you have photoshop I assume you have ImageReady also. You can export your thumbnail to Adobe ImageReady and optimize it. I assure you you can get it under 15K easily... Just follow this mini Tut. JV :o)

That's a way to do it, but why not simply use the Save for web option? Afaik it uses ImageReady too, opens a new window and all :o) And it's only 1 click :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
here's a better solution and IT DOESN'T NEED TO REDUCE IMAGE QUALITY! Open your newly rendered JPG in Window's Paint program (you know, the one in the accessories folder you never use?) then just hit save. you don't have to convert to a different format. just load the JPG and hit save. it resaves it in JPG format without reducing picture quality. if you check the new JPG's properties you'll see that the file went ALL THE WAY DOWN! anyway, i had the same problem. i needed a 40KB thumbnail but the pic i had was 43KB...i used window's paint and it shrunk it all the way down to 4.04KB without any aparent resolution decrease.
