Well here it is! The FINAL! A big thankyou to all those who made suggestions and cooments on the WIPs. I've taken most of them onboard with this version. I started this on October 31. and did something on it almost every day, so you can work out approx how long it took me. OK. now the credits: Waterwheel created in GEARMAKER. Washing Line created in SMARTPIPE Arch blocks created in WINGS3D. Cat, Woman & Washing created in POSER5 Urn by Zhann. Dustbin (Trashcan) from Bryce Freebies. The more alien plants in the garden are mine, again created in Bryce. Now get this.....The main building, landscape etc created ENTIRELY in Bryce 5. Minor postwork in PSP7...and I do mean minor! The waterfall channels/canals are constructed and assembled on one Bryce workspace....(big clue here). I've had a lot of comments asking how this is done and fair enough. As Amethys knows, I did some research and THEN banged my head against the wall....LOL

Enjoy! and thankyou all for your support.

That link is to your website man, not to the pic in the gallery! Either way, your images all amaze me, you do a great job recreating Escher's work! From one Escher fan to another, awesome images!!! Cory

Just amazing Chris, and I am no closer to working out the "how" despite your clue. I prefer just to look at it and be amazed. I agree it definately mertis a Blue Peter badge.

just curious about the feature 1/3 of the way down, looks like either a bit of chimney, or a distant tower, but with Escher, you can never be sure..;)

Pakled: It's a tower, in keeping with the original work.

I think you really do deserve a Blue Peter badge or two. Very good work Chris and I'll give you another virtual hug 'cos I don't have a BP badge to give you. 8) Catlin

The thing about this kind of work is that nothing is what it seems...............
