Subject: New to Vue... does not import .pz3 files at all.

Hello, just got my Vue 4.2 today and installed it. I open Vue, start a new file, import a .pz3, and no matter what I do I get a "can't open the file" error? Any words of wisdom or a point to a thread that goes into this? I tried Poser 5 and Poser 4 files. I made new files to make sure that all geometry was in the appropriate Poser runtime files. I am think I'm missing something easy. I got the incremental update and installed it, although I'm pretty sure I was on 4.2 anyway, having just opened the box.

Well just opened up Vue4.2 its been awhile since I used it. Clicked object to load found my pz3 file in the directory clicked it and was asked to find the Poser exe. file so I went to the poser file and clicked it and every thing loaded great. Hope this is of some assistance for you on just how to do it. If this is not working then we may need to make sure your vue4.2 is up to date perhaps. Regards.

The only time I've ever gotten a 'can't open the file' error from a .PZ3 was when the file was too large for Vue 4 to handle. :

also remember that the Poser application has to be closed before it will import a pz3 file. Sharen
