From the V3 Base product description: Backwards Compatibility for use with V1/V2: - Poses - Clothing and Accessories - Maps - Compatible with V3 Head Morphs Does this actually work? In other words, can I buy a V2 character/texture set and use the V3 to V2 thing and the character/texture will work? Or should I just buy V2? There are so many beautiful V2 textures and characters that I really want (especially from Tiff! =)) and I've finally talked myself into getting V2 when I remembered the V3 to V2 backwards compatibility thing. So, does it really work?

As it says, only the V2 maps are compatible, not any morphs. You can use it with V2 clothes, which is what is was really intended for. If you want to use V2 character packs and morphs. you need V2. I imagine the time is comming soon where she will be bundled or used as a promotional. She is pretty Fabu and I made alot of V2 clothes which are in the PC CLub. If you wanted to buy both V3 and the Full V2, Daz might give you a deal. i would ask. -Regards, Anton

Textures will work...character NO. The body is the same shape as Vic2,but does not have or use the morphs from Vic2(your stuck with the default body). So in your case,I'd go with Vicky2. Have fun,SWAMP

Excellent work, love! =) Second, thank you for your explanation regarding the V3 to V2 thing. Swamp, thank you for the additional clarification! I already own V3, but I think I'll get V2 as well. Like I said before, there are just some really great characters for V2 that I want and the creators don't have plans to make V3 versions any time soon. Yes, I'm a sucker for a beautiful face. V2 is STILL a really great BABE! Lots of great clothes and morphs! I have all the V3 stuff but still use V2 more often as a character platform. I have a vast V2 wardrobe I haven't even used yet- But WILL on V2 SHAZAM! Also just FINALLY bought M2 Morph packs 1 and 2 (only around $4-5 each- how can you lose?) and M2 Bishonen for only around $10! (He looks like Elvis to me- an M2 SHAZAM character I am working on!)
