Is there any way to get a rainbow effect NOT in the sky? Like when you put on a sprinkler and you see a rainbow, like that?

Talent is God's gift to you. Using it is your gift to God.

Hi, sorry, the bot-monster hit me again! OK, cut/copy/paste... ******* Hi, you might render a plain rainbow with only black or white background (yet nothing else) to a picture and then use this (with some reworking) for a texture and the transparency-channel on a 2D-plate, which you could position everywhere in the scene? Like that faked lensflare trick! Well, never tried that myself, but it might work. Cheers, Hubert

Heya, Bone somewhere on the net I know there is a rainbow material for Bryce that is designed to make rainbows on objects. If you apply it to a torus you should get a rainbow you can resize and tweak to fit into your scene. Sorry I can't remeber where to find it...my guess would be at steve lareaus site at www.hilltopdesigns.com or maybe at www.thinkpiece.com. If you have no luck email me and I will zap it to you. Also, in the Bryce Freebies section here at Renderosity, I have a water material called soap bubble. If you applied it to your droplets, it would give a nice rainbow affect. You might have to tweak the material some to suit your needs.
