This was just submitted to freestuff, but if you want to get a jump on it, here is the link. This tool can quickly and easily measure horizontal, vertical and diagonal dimensions. It is extremely precise with an accuracy of 0.01 inch (in scale). It works in all versions of Poser and will work in DAZ|Studio as soon as they get their import filters fixed. The scale has been tested in D|S and retains all precision and compatability with the D|S measuring system. I hope you find it useful. Ron

Ron, I wonder if you (or anyone else) would know of any grid system so that from a top camera view one could know just where an object is located in numerical terms?

pjbear - I have a grid tool for placing objects over a moderately large area (48'x48') - let me know what you are looking for and what size and grid spacing requirements you might have, and I can make one for you.
