I'd like to know how can I export a Poser figure and his texture into a Max scene to convert it into a Max model?

What are you planning to do with the Poser figure once you have it in MAX? If you are planning on using it as a static figure (i.e. rendering it) in MAX, then you need the HABWare OBJ plugins. These are available from the free stuff section, under utilities. If you are planning on animating the figure in MAX, you would still have to use the HABWare plugins. However, if you are planning on animating in Poser and rendering the animation in MAX, then you really need Konan's MAXPose plugin. There is a demo version on his site, and the full version costs $99 Paul
